Before you use one though make sure that it is not harmful to pets or children or you may end up with a far bigger problem on your hands than a few fleas. It is also a good idea to "test spray" an inconspicuous area of the carpeting to make sure that the spary you have chosen will not alter or damage your carpet's color.
