Providing a meal that is healthy, quick, and inexpensive is a difficult task for any parent. Having to prepare meals and clean up any dishes used for the meal can be exhausting for a parent, especially a working mother.
While most "instant meals" are unhealthy and not to mention expensive, there are many cooking solutions that can be a healthy meal for the family and can be a quick fix.

Another quick, healthy, and cheap meal the kids will love are eggs. There is a middle eastern dish that has grown in popularity in homes called "Shakshuka," which is eggs mixed with tomatoes and onions and served on top of rice. This is a meal that is healthy and the whole family will love.
No parent is going to pass up quick and easy meals that are still healthy for the family.
