Candida overgrowth can be responsible for a large variety of symptoms, depending on how far it has spread throughout your body.

Because of all these different warning signs, you really need to get tested by your doctor to find out for sure, but if you want to do a simple home test, you can try this spit test to get a good idea.
Have a clean clear glass of water beside you when you wake up in the morning, and make sure to spit into it before you get out of bed and do anything else to your mouth, like eating or brushing. Once you do this you can leave the glass for up to half an hour. If you see the spit develop strings, sink to the bottom or even turn the water cloudy in this time, chances are you have an overgrowth. Healthy saliva is clear and floats atop of the water.
Obviously the spit test is not a definite result, but it is pretty accurate, I would suggest if you have any symptoms you still seek out a good doctor to test you.
