A chiropractor is a doctor who performs chiropractic adjustments on your body. A chiropractic adjustment is performed by manipulating a restricted joint and thus restoring normal motion. By maintaining normal motion your body has the help it needs to heal itself naturally without the use of chemicals, medication or drugs. It is theorized that this also gives your body the ability to lower your stress levels and there for will help resolve any pain brought on by stress in your body.
