Transforming Your Bad Habits Into Good Ones

We build our habits based on what we see and believe in. Habits have two faces, good and bad. It is part of our life and sometimes it controls us.

We must take note of those good habits, because it will help us to be a better person, while bad habits, as much as possible, we should get rid of; it will not bring any good in our lives. But, eliminating bad habits are not an easy job to do, especially if you grew from it. Yet you can still change it, just accept that you have bad habits, and open yourself to the possibility of changing it...sometimes other people don't want to change because they believe that once they change, they are not themselves anymore.

Little changes can make a big difference, believe me. Let's just say, you have a bad habit of judging other people and yourself. Begin to change those ways, by focusing on yourself and accepting that they are not perfect. People don't have the power to judge anyone, only our creator can do that. You're not insulting them, you insult yourself.

Stop making excuses and learn to be honest, that's another way of changing your bad habits. There is no good in lying. People tend to make excuses if they can't handle a certain situation or problem, instead of saying "this is me" and "no one can change me", why don't you say "this is something that blocks my way on achieving my goals and I have the power to control and change it"... much better isn't it?

As I was saying, lying will not bring any good in you. Stop lying and begin to tell the truth. Start to commit yourself on picking a good habit. Lying will ruin everything, so refrain from it.

Positive thoughts can make a lot of difference. If you are a negative thinker, you can't attain anything, but if you're always on the positive side, you can reach everything. Try to change your way, rather than saying "I can't", just say "I can". Don't let negative thoughts control your life because it will hinder you on achieving your dreams.

You can't change over time, it take time to change. Bit by bit, begin to change your bad habits and you will see how good it is if you will able to eliminate it.

You can always seek for the help of other people; it's much easier if you will ask for the help of your love ones or friends. You can also find help from local community, internet, etc. They will help you along your journey to change.
