We do not fully understand panic disorder or the symptoms of panic attacks. Because this makes it difficult to address the problem, it is frustrating for everyone involved. There does seem to be a correlation, however, between major life events and the onset of panic attacks. Situations that involve major life changes include divorce and starting a family. There is also evidence that panic disorders, or frequent panic attacks, has a genetic component. There is nothing definitive, however, and no one knows when there will be more concrete information. Today, though, we will discuss a few panic attack symptoms out of the many that exist.
A lot of people give an account of a plethora of signals from their panic attacks. Some instances are: puzzlement, tunnel vision, or hot flashes. You will come to notice that several of the indicators are incredibly similar to those of other medical problems. So naturally that will often cause a person to think a whole range of unpleasant possibilities. Because the occurrence of a panic attack is so abrupt, and doesn't last too long, then occasionally individuals can have a predisposition to select to keep an eye on the situation to see if it occurs multiple times. Clearly, that is a personal resolution to make, however we must state that you should consult your physician first thing if you ever have signals, like tunnel vision, perplexity, etc.
One symptom of frequent panic attacks, or panic disorders, is to feel faint, dizzy, or very weak. These symptoms will typically overlap and can also be caused by other physical problems.
Because of this, your doctor will perform some tests to make sure there aren't any other issues. If these symptoms strike while you're at work or while you're operating a vehicle, they can be very dangerous. So this is a serious problem for those who experience them.
Probably one of the worst types of panic attack symptoms are chest pains. Yes, we all know what that means and why this particular symptom is the worst. People will think they are having a full-blown heart attack, for obvious reasons. People will typically call an ambulance or their doctor if they experience this symptom. This will lead to the person having their heart tested to make sure that there isn't a problem. It is possible to experience infrequent chest pains and have a real heart problem. For this reason, you need to have this symptom checked out by your doctor as quickly as possible. Panic attacks are not just in your head and are never pleasant. They need to be treated as the serious issue that they are. A person who has had at least one panic attack is at a greater risk for experiencing another one. If you experience potentially serious symptoms or anything out of the ordinary, see your doctor right away.
