The correct way of handshaking is a firm grip but still friendly. Being too firm may be a sign of aggressiveness. It is the way of greeting of another person so you better practice the best handshake for the person that you are about to meet.
The number one rule for a social success is the fact that you can remember that names of the person that you meet. A name is very important to a person. Remembering it would surely make them feel important and remembered.
If you will just follow all these things, you would be able to change the level of your interaction with the people you meet and it is important that you can keep the person that you have already met.
