Your binder should be made into separate sections that are related to each and every job in your wedding. From details of venue and the sound systems, to the videographer and choreographer, everything including the florists, the bakery, and the honeymoon guides all things go down here. Even details related to you and your partner's blood test and marriage certificate are here too.
A year before the wedding the details of things that need to be decided between you and your partner including the size of your wedding whether you want your wedding to be small or large, the type of your wedding, should you keep it formal or informal. Then, the time of the year - when exactly you want your wedding to take place i.e. near the Christmas, or during the summer break etc. And then you should select the venue where you want your wedding to take place i.e. on a beachside, in a Church, or a hotel.
Then you should make a preliminary guest list: how many guests are expected. You should send out invitations and reserve rooms for out-of-town guests who have confirmed. You should set out to order the wedding gowns for yourself and the gowns of the bridesmaids according to your wedding theme.
If you want to have a special symphony composed for your wedding you should go and meet the DJ and check the sound system too at the venue. Next you should go to the florists for the flower arrangements. Then research in your own background whether there is any kind of marriage-related ceremonies in your culture that your elders in the family might be delighted to perform on you.
Next, you should go and meet the baker and design yourself a wedding cake. It is time that now you get yourselves wedding rings. Also wedding favours can be selected or made here.
You should eat something on the wedding day so that you don't faint under stress. You should also get plenty of rest before the wedding day. Also you should avoid alcohol so that you that you remember your wedding day memories for a long time to come.
