At this point, your friends are going to put their two cents in. Most of them are saying that you should get out and meet someone else. This isn't always the best plan. If she finds out you are out on the town, she could take it as a celebration of her being gone. This isn't good and could damage the relationship beyond repair, especially if you take your friends up on their offer to set you up with someone else.
Sitting around and moping is not a good idea either. Women like a man with a little spunk. If you sit around in your pajamas for a week, she is not going to be happy about the situation if she decides to come and see you. Go on with your life as normal. Go to work, play cards with the guys, or whatever you do.
There is one sure fire way to drive her further away from you, call her all the time. She is trying to get on with her life after breaking up with you and she does not need the aggravation of you calling her every few minutes. Even if you have something to say or want her to pick up her belongings, do not call her. She knows her stuff is at your place, she'll get them when she's ready.
If you follow these rules and use a little respect and consideration, she may make the first move in getting back together. If you are considering getting back together, you have to make yourself feel better, somehow, someway. A woman does not want to be with someone that doesn't think highly of themselves.
