Plain one-color tops or simple prints are favored by those with simpler aesthetic approaches. The range of designs for bottoms is about the same, though the trend for bottoms seems to be more oriented towards the plain.
Even more important is the issues with a woman's chest. Needing that extra support is extremely important to eliminate the possibility of embarrassment and injury. This means it's important to purchase a sports bra. On the flip side and you're male, wearing boxer briefs or regular boxers can keep the air flowing, but give you the support needed to keep the class professional. So know matter the gender, each them do require a certain amount of must have items.
