Shopping for sneakers is a different experience for you; everybody has their own style and tastes, needs and wants. Each to their own personal taste but without a doubt is that everybody goes for their own style. So what happens if there's no design or style which you like? What if all that's necessary is some unique trainers which nobody else owns? It's little to ask to have something different and unique on your feet, particularly if you are the level of person who is recognized for your individual style.
The solution here is to design your own. It doesn't cost the earth as people may think, in fact it could end up improving your premiums and it means you will get the perfect design for you at a slightly lower price. It's simpler than you think as well. Many sneaker art companies have the equipment and facilities that permit you to bring in the designs you want and simply print them off onto the correct sized sneaker skins for your trainers.
The designs that you choose all depend on what you need to be sporting on your feet. If you aren't gifted in the art department then you might get a friend or professional to design a pattern or picture for you. However if you need to do-it-yourself, try something simple like a line drawing, just general patterns with a black pen. If however, you are good in that department then you may try something more adventurous. Always remember though to keep the picture and patterns black as once you upload it onto the software you'll be able to add colors and if it doesn't look right you can change it without the problem which is easier than coloring it in on paper.
A thought is broken happy with the outcome of your design and you would proudly strut about with it on your custom kicks, you scan it. It really needs to be a good quality scan so it's much easier to edit in Photo shop. The higher quality the picture is the easier it is to play about with and the better it will look. 300dpi is the recommended scan and check in Photo shop that you will be working CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Key). This will mean you can edit colorings of your design. The file dimension must be 22 x 29 cm. You may then use the live trace tool in Photo shop, if you cannot find it, it's perfectly located at the help section and what this does is creates a much clearer easy to edit version of the original picture you scanned. It however isn't necessary but will make your design look additional professional.
Lastly you would add all the finishing touches to your design; alter the colors, brightness, shape etc. When you're happy with everything you simply print it out onto the sneaker skins and stick them to your sneakers. You should have your very own pair of trainers and when you grow bored of the design you can remove the skins without damaging the shoes. It's as fundamental as that.
