True after the lump sum payment, you own it however, if this is going to severely stress your budget for the next few months or you wonder where you're going to get the money for various bills or even food then you may want to consider other alternative. Something else of course is to consider the type of person that you are. Are you someone that feels more comfortable spreading out a large purchase over several credit cards or are you someone that feels most comfortable being able to pay or your purchases and cash and thereby owe nothing.
Indeed, when you're considering buying timeshares for cash looking on your past method of purchasing is the best way to truly understand if the buy with cash method is one that you want to use.
