Now slowly increase your exercise to 20 or 30 minutes this permits your body to build up a bit at a time. Keep the increasing and finally you will reach an hour which is the minimum you need to stay at a day after this.

Remember too that you should only lose weight at the rate of 1 to 2 pounds weekly. If you lose faster than this, it is not that healthy for your body.
