Go to: Previous Article Next Article
There are thousands of great exercise programs out there. and whether you are just starting to exercise regularly or wanting a more punishing routine, there will be one to suit you. workouts are great for making you feel and look great, and the change in your body shape will make you feel even better still.
Ultimately, there is only person that can make you succeed with your exercise program and that is you. If you are focused, dedicated and work hard you will see the results.
We all know that we have different groups of muscles in different parts of our body. These must be worked with specific exercises to endure a great overall effect. Let's look at the ones I feel are the most important.
I personally think that the chest is the most important, lots of people disagree with this but I disagree with them!
I'll tell you why I think this. If you have a strong chest everything else is a great deal easier. If you are working on your chest, you need to work on the back too so that you stay in proportion. Pull ups are a great exercise to build up your back and give muscle definition.
All the girls love their men to have firm broad shoulders, so make sure you have specific shoulder exercise incorporated into your work out routine.
Don't forget your arms! All men want bulging biceps but don't neglect your triceps either or your arms will end up looking distinctly out of proportion. Work the groups together or one at a time, the choice is yours.
If you want to look great from head to foot, don't forget your leg exercises. Don't be under the misconception that they will be getting worked anyway, they need specific exercises.
As well as the muscles groups we've mentioned here, you should also do exercises that are specifically for your lower back muscles, your forearms and your abdominal muscles. Add in some running and you will soon see great results.
