I have decided to evaluate every arm exercise that has the potential to tone up the female arm so that you don't have to go through the same mind-numbing research.

After all, the more time you spend researching, the less time you have for getting toned and sexy arms and time is precious.

The main issue here is the sheer quantity of information. Some of which will set you back many steps. And how are you supposed to decipher which information is good and which is bad?

It can be nearly impossible for the average woman. But I have already done this for you. So without further ado, here is my analysis of lying triceps extensions to tone up the female arm:

1. Summary: You can see fitness buffs around the world doing this exercise because it works like a charm. There is only one major downside: it can cause massive elbow strain.

2. Technical overview: Lie down on a solid bench while grabbing an ez-grip bar. Do your best to keep your arms vertical and parallel. Keep your abs tight so that your back stays straight and slowly lower the bar to forehead level. Then, return it to the starting position.

3. Common mistakes: Letting the back curl like an onion which can stress the spine. Allowing the elbows to move around. Trying to push the bar up when the triceps have reached their limit-this is when a lot of elbow injury occurs.

4. Final word: This is an outstanding arm exercise for women. However, it's not for everybody. Test it out and see how your elbows feel. Also, make sure you use perfect form here. And if you want to go heavy, make sure you have a partner to assist you.

Please don't waste your time doing flashy and gimmicky exercise that will not tone up your arms. There are so many useless exercises that women are doing day in and day out. And don't forget that trial and error is essential. An exercise that works for your training partner may not work for you. We all have different anatomical structures. So be patient and keep at it!
