International pop star Lady Gaga is dropping a few million dollars on a home in the exclusive section of Martha's Vineyard; she currently rents a 5 million dollar home in Bel Air for 25k per month, but once she gets off her monster "monster" tour (a project she has been on for over a year) she is wishing to unwind in her new sanctuary, write new material and generally do something that she hasn't really been able to do over the past 18 months - enjoy the spoils of her mega fame!
She wants to get away from the constant pressures of L.A life and so she is looking to move to the beautiful island ,Martha's Vineyard, situated off the coast of New England, a very exclusive residency indeed, the likes of Larry David, David Letterman, President Obama and former President Clinton have lived or taken holiday homes here.
The "Paparazzi" singer has fallen in love with a property on the exclusive island off the coast of Cape Cod, Massachusetts and she is looking to complete her move into the house in the very near future. She says she needs to unwind after her massive tour and this quaint island is the perfect place. According to some Music websites, Lady Gaga is in the final stages of making that Martha's Vineyard home hers.
Now I am not saying you could follow in Her Ladies footsteps by moving to a property on the island but you could buy a part of your own little vineyard venture, not on the scale of Gaga but hey you gotta start somewhere.
For a guaranteed return of at least 30% over 3 years it would give you a start to perhaps one day living beside the 'Bad Romance' super star. Hey we can dream!
