One should also look into colleges that propose to expand their student ranks by 2 or 3 % every year.
Once a property has been purchased, it becomes necessary to both manage and maintain it, in addition to any improvements that need to be made. All of this needs to be coordinated locally, as I insist upon having local property management and maintenance specialists. This is very important, given that most of my properties are far from being in my own backyard and I need those eyes and ears where my properties are located.
