Walk through

The walk-through also known as a viewing is very important. Your first viewing provides you with a sense of the place. If people are living inside the house when you are going for a viewing you're not likely to get a true sense of the house, as renters household furniture would typically be blocking you from seeing all the flaws of the property. If you view the residence for the first time and there are renters present I would suggest that you go on a second walk through with the property owner or agent and make certain that you've got the digital camera all set. The best way to keep evidence of the condition of the house is by taking pictures of the home. Take photos of each and every room, and also photos of all cracks, holes, damp and anything else which is broken. These photos will serve in your favour should a property owner accuse you of damages done to the house which in reality was there before you moved in.
