So what you can do is just type in the basic information and name of the person. Who knows, you may just find them right away. You can also your great networking tools such as Myspace, Twitter, Facebook because this is very popular and has changed the way people are able to stay connected.
You can find a person's address also by knowing their previous information or old addresses. This may take a longer time, especially if you will be looking their old postal code records; however, you will never know that you are just steps closer to finding that person.
So don't give up, just keep on going and persevering. In no time, you will be able to find them and your efforts won't be wasted.
