* Performance - As a result of the packaging that Linux servers come with, they are reputed to offer a higher level of performance. Linux plans are more specifically designed for their target customers. On the other hand, Windows usually offer an " all in one " package to their users as general.
Conversion - If you are considering an upcoming change in your Operating System, it would be just fine to have Linux server now as it is very easily shifted to hosting via Windows; Linux very easily transitions to Windows. On the contrary, it is indeed a nightmare for anyone who wished to convert their website from Windows hosting to Linux hosting.
