The CLP 500 has a monthly output of thirty five thousand pages.
The paper tray that comes standard with this printer will allow for a maximum capacity of two hundred and fifty pages. There is also an additional paper tray available that will load five hundred pages. Large jobs can benefit from adding this option as it will allow for finishing without having to add more paper in the middle of the job. The sixty four MB memory that is standard in this machine can be upgraded to one hundred and twenty eight MB if the user desires.

Simple software applications will allow users to set and save functions they prefer, and the software installs easily with most operating systems. Changing both the black and color cartridges is simple with an access door located on the side of the unit. This makes removing spent cartridges and installing full Samsung cartridges easy and uncomplicated.
