Are we Alone?

Firstly, let me start by saying, that it would seem that we aren't alone. And I don't say this because of the various stories and different visitation theories that persist. On a purely scientific basis, if we are to assume that 1 in every 500 star systems have close terrestrial planets that weren't swallowed by Jovian Giants, and 1 in every 100 of these has a planet with water, and 1 in every 20 of these has a planet with liquid, solid, and gas forms of water...if we assume these rough (reasonable, but unscientific) ratios...that means 1 in every 1,000,000 star systems has a planet with an atmosphere that is probably suitable for life.
If we believe that there are 250,000,000,000 stars in the Milky Way (thank you wikipedia); then it follows that there are 250,000 planets that are habitable. If even 10% of these planets developed life; and 10% of those developed intelligent life, we can believe that 2,500 intelligent species in the Milkyway Galaxy. The number may be far more...it may be far less. Nevertheless, it is hard to imagine that the number in question is one.
That being said, I have a huge curiosity in Alien life; and ordinary stories that we hold about it. Maybe none have visited us...maybe 51 have...but I think we, as a people need to open our minds to the plausibility.
In that respect; I want to invite you to share your stories with me. Below, in my resource box, you will find my email. Please, send me your abduction stories...your contact stories...your critiques of such stories. I want it all. This will be done entirely anonymously...
Maybe we will see things we never have seen before...
