Do You Want To Get A Six Pack Quickly?
Go to: Previous Article Article
Last year, I was tired of being out of shape and flabby. I am in my in thirties now, and while I was super fit and athletic in college, a knee injury and hauling around two kids had definitely slowed me down. It's not that I was fat, I was just soft. I decided that enough was enough, and I set out to get the abs that I always wanted.
Sit ups and crunches were where I started my journey. While I could feel my belly tightening, it seemed like it was getting bigger. This was definitely not the best way to get a six pack. So I decided to go on a diet too. I counted my calories, and I lost a little bit of weight, but not nearly what I wanted to. I was making progress, but at the rate I was going, I would not get six pack abs for years. Discouraged, I very nearly gave up. Fortunately, I found a way that worked for me that taught me two important things.
I wanted to get back into shape and I wanted to find out how to get a six pack quickly. I found both when I learned how to eat and how to exercise to melt away the fat, build muscle in its place, and get a six pack fast.
How To Eat
I came to understand that counting calories, though important, is not even close to the most important part of weight loss. You have to eat the right foods, and stay away from others. If you get your eating right, your body will burn calories easier than ever.
How To Exercise
Sadly, like we hear all the time, I figured that steady state cardio was what I needed to do to lose weight. I learned that when I was doing cardio, I was burning muscle along with fat. I learned that you don't need 45 minutes to an hour for cardio, but 15-20 minutes of interval training is more effective and I have so much more time now.
I can help you to get a six pack quickly, but it takes hard work and dedication. Don't blindly follow what you have always heard, but find a program that will help you with your nutrition and your exercise goals
