How many people have you seen with chair "pillows" on the backs of their office chairs? This is just an attempt to add some lumbar support to their crappy chairs they have been unfortunate to get.
Do the correct thing and find a chair for your employees that won't break the budget but gives you great value for the money spent. A really good office chair can last you even ten years & is an investment worth every penny.
Optimizing your employee's productivity is essential, so don't disregard the importance of matching the right chair to the right person. If your employees are comfortable, they will enjoy what they are doing more and therefore become more productive workers.
