Is There A Global Information Network Fraud?

Recently, some folks have commented that there may perhaps be a Global Information Network fraud. You really need to get the facts about GIN if you're thinking about joining.
First of all, exactly what is the Global Information Network?
A group of like-minded people make up the Global Information Network (GIN)...people who have concerns regarding some issues going on in society today. They're concerned about corruption in government, freedoms being taken away through the new health care legislation, what our children are being taught in our schools, a banking system that is bleeding us all dry through its debt-based currency, possible water monopolization and "forced" shortages, etc.
The product offered through GIN is a membership. Entry into this membership requires an initiation fee and then a monthly fee thereafter. Does that mean it's a fraud, as some folks have tried to claim? Hardly, since every gym and country club utilizes the exact same business model.
Ok, the next question may be: "Maybe it's a fraud because there's no value to membership." Valid question.
This is what a person gets through a Global Information Network membership: Training on topics such as saving on taxes, survival preparedness, asset protection, getting out of debt, Law of Attraction, saving money, mental and business skills, making money, health, personal development, etc are offered through an online video/audio/written member library.
Hmmm, seems to me that many people need help in those exact areas in today's economy...interesting.
Then, every month, live seminars are held internationally...seminars that go into areas like personal transformation, the danger in your water, current political issues, recent brain research, relationships, etc. Those are topics that I believe most of us can agree are important to know about.

Could this all be some big fraud? Hardly. At this point in time in our history, this is the kind of info that all citizens of the world need.

Who's calling the Global Information Network a fraud? Either the unaware (the type who never does any real research) or those who may not gain if you were told the truth about your government, health care system, school system, banking system, etc.
