The techniques and strategies you must employ are all the varying online methods, such as blogging, MySpace, forum marketing, articles, video marketing, pay per click, You Tube, etc.
Educate yourself on the various online systems out there for lead generation and then join up with one...and get your downline in on it, too.
If you get good at online lead generation, then building your network marketing business becomes an enjoyable and natural process.
