But most people don't think about the effect of exercising on their skin. What people typically think about is losing weight and their cardiovascular health, which is obviously important. But your skin will also benefit from the increased blood flow, lowered stress levels, and overall weight regulation. In addition to good exercise, be sure to drink plenty of filtered water during the day. You can find much debate about how much to drink. Trying for 4-6 glasses per day is a good place to start, then you can adjust it as you see fit.

Staying properly hydrated will not only contribute to healthy, glowing skin, but is essential to staying healthy. Dehydration is a major issue because most don't drink enough pure water throughout their day. Your diet, what you drink during the day, stress reduction and other factors are all ways to help get healthy glowing skin.
