While doing some research on the Internet I by chance came across some information I'd researched over 10 years ago. Its was about how to improve the fuel economy on your car, truck or SUV.
It dealt directly with a concept of taking hydrogen gas from water and using it as a fuel source instead of gasoline. What they were talking about was running our automobiles on water. Back then I recall thinking the whole idea sounded like something you'd see in a outer space movie, but it got my attention.
Now even back then this was considered old technology because it was first introduced as a viable option that needed to be pursued way back in the 1800s. Yeah, this really is old technology and its taken a long time to get to us. The modern concept is relatively simple...
Science already knew that hydrogen was locked inside of water's very chemical make up, and that of course being H2O. The problem at the time was how to separate or unlock this vast amount of energy safely and use this vastly abundant energy to reduce or even eliminate our need for petroleum.
Trying to drive your car using hydrogen gas was was too dangerous at that time, to be quite honest. Hydrogen is a combustible gas after all and driving around with a canister filled with explosive gas just wasn't the wisest thing a person could think to do. That was a problem yet, like all problems, it begged a solution.
Though the idea sounds far fetched there is not a single person who drives any type of car or truck, who pays money at the gas pump who would rather spend that money on something else.
As it turns out it is possible and very easy to extract hydrogen gas from water to run your car and it can be done in an extremely safe manner. The truth is the concept of separating H2O into HHO gas to burn as a fuel source for your automobile is no longer considered dangerous. Let me explain.
You must first understand that only the small amount of hydrogen needed while you're driving your auto is created and there is no huge build up of gas floating around to create an issue. It's after all a much higher risk of your gasoline tank exploding than some trace amounts of hydrogen gas.
What this means to you and me and anyone considering using hydrogen as a fuel source to run our cars and trucks is that hydrogen is safer to use than gasoline or diesel for the simple fact that when it's not being separate from water it is, well, just water. Water doesn't burn and it certainly doesn't explode.
The way this technology is being presented today, water or more accurately, hydrogen gas taken from the water is merely supplemental to gasoline or diesel fuel.
They work together to run your car's engine and because you are supplementing a portion of the gasoline you would normally have to pay for, replacing it with a fuel source that is basically free, you will be able to reduce how much you have to spend at the pump.
We are all drivers. We all drive some form of automobile, so , here is an exercise for you. Check it all out. Take your time. Stop and be amazed at what's been under your nose for decades now.
